Valui HealthCare designs and manufactures valui incontinence aids, a proud Australian brand. We are now supplying valui incontinence aids to a large number of aged care facilities, hospitals, pharmacies, mobility stores, as well as individuals living at their own homes.
Planning to further expand the business to aged care homes, we are now looking for one or two Sales Assistants to join in the business.
About the Role
Whenever being requested, you are expected to deliver education sessions to our clients e.g. aged care facilities. Examples of your tasks are outlined below:
- performing daily outbound calls to prospects and arrange appointments with decision-makers (e.g. CEOs).
- performing daily customer support tasks including taking calls & orders, facilitating education/training sessions, periodically conducting customer survey etc.
- preparing materials for sales ( handouts, product materials, and so forth );
- demonstrating key features of valui continence aids in comparison to other brands;
- outlining how our ERP system can effectively implement customers;
- performing other tasks under the instructions from your supervisor/s.
