We are looking for sales consultant/sales representative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image and effectively communicating of our message to our target customers. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where creativity and innovation are highly encouraged.
Job description/Responsibilities:
- Setting up strategies to reach your sale target, creating impressions to efficiently promote the sale targets success.
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our warehouse.
- Maintain knowledge of the products to answer customer inquiries accurately.
- Manage our online sales platform, including the company website, eBay, Kogan, marketplace etc.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent brand and product knowledge to promote sale.
- Create engaging content for various marketing materials, such as product brochures, warehouse sales plans and online posts to promote our products and promote business expansion.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, Quick learner, Can-do attitude, and ability to produce outcomes.
- A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- 2 years of experience in sales consultant/sales representative or a related field.
- Continual learning and investing in own development.
- Ability to work independently and manage their own productivity.
