We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join their team and support the sales department.
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales processes. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, customer communication, and coordination of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage sales records, data entry, and maintain databases.
- Order Processing: Handle sales orders, track shipments, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate the schedules of the sales team and organize meetings and events.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with clients to schedule meetings, follow up on inquiries, and address issues.
- Sales Support: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and support lead generation activities.

Qualifications:.
