The Office

The Role
We have two phenomenal opportunities for an enthusiastic and optimistic Sales Coordinator to join our team in Sydney Office. The full-time permanent positions are, one within the Import Sales Team and the other in our Export Sales team. The successful applicants will be working with a warm and encouraging team that has a wealth of experience that will support your professional growth.
The primary task and responsibilities for these positions are:
- Assist the NSW Sales team with rate quotations, agreement updates, client tenders and notifications.
- Follow up on quotes and sales leads.
- Analysing of sales data & statistics to generate reports.
- Maintain client records to ensure they are up to date.
- Provide technical and administrative support when asked.
- Provide world class service to all internal & external stake holders.
The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate the below skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous phone manner.
- Brilliant customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle many tasks simultaneously.
- Effective time management.
- A commitment to providing quality service to clients by working as part of a team.
- Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of analytical skills.
- A strong attention to details.
- Knowledge of sea freight procedures and the shipping industry is an advantage, but not essential.
