Key Responsibilities:
- Process client inquiries, draft proposals, and contracts efficiently.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Assist in developing marketing materials.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on targets.
- Responding to clients' queries over the phone and through emails
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the market to identify and develop a pipeline of potential customers aligned with strategic and operational priorities.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with existing customers and those in the pipeline to facilitate the development and execution of audits for each customer.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective consultants.
