Sales Coordinator
Arlec Australia is a well-respected Australian owned company, importing and distributing electrical, smart home, decorative and lighting products throughout Australia and overseas. We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team.
About the role
You will
- Support Key Account Managers, Sales and Customer Support teams.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Support Product Management with range review proposals and presentations.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure customer Free On Board (FOB) Orders are processed and delivered on time.
- Collate and analyse business data.
- Attend sales meetings and showroom events as required.
About You
You are resilient in nature, with a results focused “can do” attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-developed data analytical skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
You will also ideally have
- Experience in the hardware retail and/or trade sectors.
- Experience using an ERP system.
