We are excited to offer a wonderful opportunity to join our growing family, based in our Fortitude Valley showroom.
Your role will work closely with and support our sales team with meticulous sales administration contributing to the growth of our business and provide outstanding customer service to our residential and commercial clientele. You will be a true brand ambassador, coordinating our showroom operations and sampling service.
Your Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Quotations – prepare and deliver accurate quotations without delay detailing project and product specific requirements
- Orders – process and dispatch orders and order confirmations accurately and without delay and within the required timeframe
- Project Management - effective communication and knowledge of internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Samples – manage sample library in an accurate and timely manner including requests, loans, packing, dispatching, maintaining packaging and stock levels
- Admin – support the Sales team with a high level of verbal and written communication, time management and follow up skills
- Trip planning support
- Maintain our ERP and CRM accurately and monitor product stock levels
- Assist with showroom event planning and execution when required
- Product and brand knowledge and self-education
Customer Service:
- Develop new and build existing relationships to support the sales team to help grow and harness business opportunities
- Showroom and online support – greet and assist showroom visitors, answer phone calls and manage email leads promptly and professionally at all times
- Always maintain the showroom in-line with the brand’s expectations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the architectural and interiors industry and in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail yet efficient
- Strong ability to prioritise competing deadlines, multitask and refocus as demands shift
- High level of professionalism, communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written and a strong sense of integrity
- Proactive, results driven, enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated with the desire for continual evolution
- Accurate and fast data entry
- Strong ability to deal with and resolve difficult situations, challenges and conflict
- Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft suite, ERP and CRM software and quick to learn new software
- The ability to work within a team to strive for team goals as well as autonomously
- Full Drivers’ Licence and own car
- Full employment rights to work in Australia
- Interstate travel and attendance at industry events where required
