As we developed our business, we found it was not just trades who needed toolboxes, Campers need canopies, hunters needed dog boxes and a few of us just needed somewhere to put things on our Ute.
Over the past 4 years our product range has expanded to be the most extensive toolbox and canopy range in Australia. We only provide the best quality boxes at great value prices. We are a small but growing team with a very family friendly atmosphere in our office. We currently have 5 sites across Australia and are continuing to expand our brand.
About the role:
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team in our New Pakenham VIC location. The successful candidate will focus on handling inbound calls and leads, assisting customers in finding the right setup that works for them!
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for managing inbound calls, webchat, emails and social media inquiries. Ensuring accurate completion of quotes, sales and transactions, and educating customers about our products for trade, tool storage, 4x4, and adventure camping needs.
There will be opportunities to travel to our other showrooms and interstate for events, including 4X4 shows, camping expos and outdoor trips may be available but will be minimal.
As a quickly expanding brand, there will be many growth opportunities that will arise and we pride ourselves on doing our best to recognise talent within our own team and prioritise your development.
About you:
- You have experience in retail or sales
- You are bubbly and outgoing in nature
- You love having a chat and have no problems conversing with our “Aussie Tradie” demographic
- You have a passion for learning about products and how they can be used, not just through understanding them, but by falling in love with them
- You love the outdoors. When people speak to you about their holidays, trips away, camping adventures or 4X4 off-roading experiences, you love to actively listen and find the perfect products within our range to win them over
- You have a good understanding of Utes, trays and tubs and have a general understanding of the advantages of trays and tray set ups
- You are proactive in following up leads and quotes and you understand that these days, platforms like Face Book, Instagram and TikTok can be full of potential revenue
- Must be available to work at a minimum every second Saturday between 8am and 12pm.
