Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development / Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on B2B Business Development and sales, targeting business owners who can benefit from Bearer’s delivery services. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and increasing market penetration.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and engage in lead generation activities to identify potential business clients.
- Visit retailers and other potential clients door-to-door to introduce Bearer's services and understand their delivery needs.
- Plan and host e-meetings with prospective clients to promote Bearer’s services and demonstrate the features of our delivery platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, providing tailored solutions and support.
- Track and report on sales activities and pipeline development to ensure sales targets are met.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or Business Development, ideally within the technology or services sector.
- Strong ability to generate leads, conduct sales calls, and effectively close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
- Experience in hosting virtual meetings and delivering engaging presentations.
- Self-motivated and able to operate both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tools.
