Academy Xi, a leading education and training provider, is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (Enterprise) to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be instrumental in driving growth and fostering relationships with enterprise-level clients. Although this is a sales role, we work closely with multiple departments. We encourage candidates to share information on their transferable skills and knowledge. This role will allow you to work on ad-hoc projects to expand your capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and research.
Engage with key decision-makers in enterprise-level organisations to understand their needs and pain points.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture opportunities for our suite of training programs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of enterprise clients.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through strategic networking and relationship-building.
Provide timely and accurate information to potential clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree or education in an equivalent field
1-3 minimum years of employment highly relevant occupation
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, particularly in enterprise-level environments.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Background in SaaS, e-learning and education is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The base salary for this role is $70,000 + (Commission and Super).
