THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead and oversee the full sales and customer experience teams for Aus and NZ, building on existing strong relationships and developing new markets to drive growth and expansion. Specifics of the role include but are not limited to.
- Develop and implement effective strategies and plans to achieve the company’s revenue and profit goals
- Lead, coach and mentor the sales and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
- Perform regular market pricing reviews and recommendations
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Executive Leadership team
- Drive improvements and efficiencies within the CRM
- Work closely with marketing, production and quality to ensure all deadlines are met
