To support our next phase of growth we are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to lead the Victorian Technology Recruitment business and ensure that we maintain our fantastic reputation, whilst delivering the best results for our current clients and also build on our go to market to win new customers within our strategic market sectors which include:
- Banking and Finance
- Public Sector
- Utilities, Energy and renewables
- Transportation, Logistics and Infrastructure
- Health and Communities
- Commercial Enterprise

This role encompasses various facets and key focus areas, with responsibilities including:
• Providing visible leadership to an experienced, high-performing team on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensuring the quality of service, outputs, and interactions delivered by the team.
• Continuously improving sales practices, enhancing capabilities, and measuring and managing the effectiveness of team activities.
• Developing and implementing a sales strategy for the team at both local and individual levels, with clear goals aligned with our overall business strategic plan.
• Leading, managing, and coaching teams through thought leadership, conducting effective sales meetings, and establishing clear career development roadmaps.
• Identifying recruiters in key market sectors and making hires based on sector and technology insights and opportunities, facilitating their onboarding and setting them up for success.
• Demonstrating an ability to foster cultural changes in line with our strong set of values, including the 'pursuit of happiness', by maintaining and enhancing a workplace where people are motivated to come for a sense of purpose.
