Responsibilities/duties of the role:
- Have financial understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet reports
- Be able to execute sales action plans that deliver profitable growth in the assigned business unit or region.
- Be able to develop and maintain a strong technical knowledge on composites to a level necessary to have technical focused discussions with clients in the region and provide solutions with regard to composite repairs.
- Achieve annual target by proactively identifying business opportunities, developing, negotiating and closing commercial opportunities with new or existing customers
- Develop and maintain an ongoing, effective key account program relevant to their business line that provides management with measurable goals, objectives, strategies, tactics, programs, and other information on key clients relevant to their business line or region.
- Have a dynamic & flexible mindset with a strong team approach and a preparedness to do what is required to get the job done
- Have strong presentation skills in front of small audiences
Day-to-Day:
- To grow and educate new markets and clients in FUZE.
- Identify opportunities and assist to convert the scopes through to client sign off.
- To work alongside FUZE Operations and Engineering teams, as required, to provide the services needed to develop new markets and execute project scopes.

- Have highly developed relationship building & communication skills
- A self-starter with a strong desire to learn new skills, attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers whilst maintaining a professional image/brand.
- Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize duties appropriately
- Ability to maintain high-quality performance under time-critical scenarios.
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Have 5 to 7 years experience in a like role in the oil & gas, wind or aerospace environments.
The successful candidate will be required to meet our pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening prior to an Offer of Employment being made.
