The Role
We are looking for a technical Sales Engineer/salesperson who has experience selling Process filtration to join our APAC Life Sciences team. The successful individual will be required to sell product from our process filtration portfolio with the primary focus on liquid, steam, and air filtration specifically within Food and Beverage Industry. To be successful in this position you must be able to demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Chemical Engineering and/or Food Science
- High sales acumen with the drive and instinct to close the deals.
- Strong learning aptitude to continually develop skills and knowledge in industrial filtration.
- Strong negotiation skills and a capability of direct selling and cold calling as well as indirectly managing dealer partners.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills with an ability to read/interpret technical specifications, design drawings and tender documents.
- Demonstrated ability to utilise CRM correctly and submit sales/activity reports on time.
- Team player who can work comfortably remotely and work well within a regional team.
- Current unrestricted driver’s license together with a good driving record.
