The Company:My client is a premier gearbox and drives company, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of gearboxes and drive systems across various industries. They play a pivotal role in supplying essential components for machinery and equipment requiring controlled speed, torque, and power transmission. They seek a motivated Sales Engineer to manage the sales and provide technical support to their customers based in Brisbane.
The Role:
- Technical and sales expertise to utilize in delivering solutions and support to customers
- Customize products to meet specific customer needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the development team to tailor efficient solutions.
- Provide technical support while meeting set sales targets for your assigned territory.
- Drive market growth in industries such as Intralogistics, F&B, Steel and metal processing, and manufacturing, through distributor networks.
The Candidate:
- 4+ years of technical and sales experience in most mechanical components and products.
- Mechanical or electrical engineering degree. Mechatronics qualifications are also welcome to apply!
- Strong technical background desirable with sales experience in related field.
- Proven sales and customer service work background.
