Prepare detailed quotes that outline all costs involved in the project, including labor, materials, subcontractors' fees if applicable.5. Review quotes with customers while addressing any questions or concerns they may have.6. Negotiate pricing terms with suppliers/vendors while ensuring quality standards are met.7.
Maintain a database of suppliers/vendors' pricing information for efficient reference during estimations.8. Monitor market trends related to construction materials/pricing changes that may impact cost estimates.9. Assist sales representatives during client meetings/presentations by providing technical expertise on cost-related matters.10.
