This is primarily a sales role, which involves engaging with prospective clients, along with B2C and B2B, face to face, over the phone, online and when you have time - out on the road. You will collate all relevant data to ascertain the most suitable programs for your clients. You are a closer. You are a sales gun. But you are still consultative.
This role is focused on building relationships and maintaining client satisfaction, whilst ensuring you meet monthly KPIs set by your manager. Helping our clients make their dreams come true, gives you that feel-good factor. Citizenship, moving abroad, refugee, partner visa's - so many amazing lives you are contributing to. All while walking to the bank and learning a wealth of knowledge, from Lawyers and Directors, with over 20 years experience.
Minimum requirement for this position; you will need to have over threeyears experience in professional sales, with a proven record.
Your strengths include:
- Solid experience selling services - essential (legal/migration knowledge - desirable)
- A “Sales Gun” / “Closer” attitude, that excels in meeting financial targets
- Hunger to succeed
- Ability to build relationships and close deals
- A thirst to learn about the world of Immigration and an ability to understand, create and sell the best solution based on our client's needs, in collaboration with the legal team.
- Ability to work under general sales environment pressure
- Previous experience and success in cold/warm calling
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people from a multitude of different cultural backgrounds
- Highly motivated and driven, to meet and surpass both financial and non-financial “MOS” (measures of success) - set by management
- An ability to form and nurture strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to convert and hit monthly targets consistently
