POSITION OVERVIEW
We're on the lookout for FIVE (5) dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our expanding Sales Team, dedicated to promoting and selling our waste management services to all commercial clients. The ideal candidates will boast a proven track record in B2B sales. While prior knowledge of waste management practices is advantageous, it's not essential. What's crucial is a genuine passion for driving sustainable business solutions. We're committed to finding the right individuals for our team and are flexible when it comes to negotiating employee remuneration and benefits.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and target potential commercial clients, establishing and nurturing these relationships, particularly with key decision-makers.
- Perform site audit, and provide clients with tailored waste management solutions.
- Regular face-to-face contact with clients, to ensure contract satisfaction, and to promote additional services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for waste management services.
- Follow up with potential clients regularly, to finalise deals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable agreements with clients.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and advancements in waste management practices to effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Analyse sales data and prepare reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven experience as Sales Executive, or similar
- Results-driven with proven track record in similar role, and genuine passion for sales.
- Resilient attitude, with experience within the Waste Management industry (preferred).
- Experience with CRM system/s, and their contribution to promoting recycling and waste management goals.
