Your day to day: A glimpse into what your day as our Sales Lead will look like:

At Hub Australia, we're searching for a Workspace Sales Lead who thrives in navigating the complexities of the sales cycle, from the spark of initial interest to the satisfaction of deal closure. If you have a knack for crafting tailored solutions and a passion for driving growth within a vibrant community, this role offers the perfect platform to showcase your talents and achieve remarkable success.
You should also have:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the coworking space or related industries, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- A history of successfully managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation and nurturing to closing deals and conducting follow-ups—with a clear focus on achieving and surpassing revenue targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging a wide array of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in forging and nurturing strong bonds with both potential and current members.
- The agility to tailor strategies in real-time, adapting to market shifts and customer preferences.
- A collaborative spirit, thriving in both high-velocity environments and when working alongside diverse teams.
- An unwavering attention to detail, guaranteeing precision throughout the sales journey.
- Mastery in consultative selling, with a keen focus on understanding and addressing customer needs for lasting partnerships.
- In-depth understanding of CRM platforms, with a preference for HubSpot, to oversee sales operations, client engagements, and pipeline optimisation.
