We have manufacturing plants in Australia, UK and USA, and offices or warehouses across Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, Ireland, Scotland, France, Italy, Spain, and Poland. As a part of the Aldus Group, we provide a wide range of individual to complete packaged solutions to customers in the print, packaging print and labelling industry.
We are currently looking for a Sales Leader, to join our Australian Packaging Team. The role will Generate sales among new and existing customers, including upselling and cross-selling of Tronics Products. Operate as the point of contact for customers in your territory. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Ensure projects are delivered and payment realised in alignment with agreed terms of the sale.
Some of the daily activities will include:
- Developing and implementing a strategic approach to identifying potential opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Create a project plan suitable to the capabilities of the Business.
- Provide monthly progress reporting outlining significant gains / challenges.
The successful application will have:
- Proven experience as a Business Development/ Account Manager
- Experience managing a sales tertiary within a capital equipment arena.
- Knowledge of: SAP, CRM software [HubSpot Desirable], Microsoft 365
- An ability to understand a technical opportunity and deliver a value added solution
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel intra state or interstate as required.
