WATERBOY PUMPS are seeking an energetic and ambitious Sale Manager to help us grow our market share across Australia and develop a sales team in the Eastern States.
Our business is a solar water pumping leader in the water pump industry and we are already well established and highly regarded across Australia for the quality of our products.
You will be wholesaling / distributing solar pumping solutions to water pumping and agricultural businesses across Australia. This role will have a focus on developing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the growing Agriculture and renewable industries.
Assisting GM employing and creating sales teams in Victoria, NSW & QLD will require business trips East and contacts on the East Coast are favourable.
Ideally you should have experience of wholesaling / business development selling and you will have a mechanical aptitude and be enthusiastic about renewable pump solutions
You will facilitate the end-to-end sales cycle - ie prospecting, identifying decision makers, establishing contact, presentations and demonstrations, proposal development & negotiation and ongoing relationship management
You will become an expert advisor on our pump range. Over time and with experience you will develop a strong knowledge and understanding of our products and your goal will be to develop yourself as our ‘the go to person’
This position is ideally suited to an experienced professional with a strong business development focus and track record of excellence in wholesale and distribution
You may already be a proven sales professional, or you you may already have strong connections to the Agricultural and Water pumping industries.
