Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract clients, close deals, and increase revenue. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of the team. Keep the team updated on the latest real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service to retain and attract new clients. Resolve any issues or complaints that arise.
- Networking and Partnerships: Establish and maintain professional relationships with industry professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys, to expand business opportunities.
- Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings. Ensure the team's listings are effectively promoted on various platforms.
- Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions are compliant with state and federal laws and company policies. Oversee the proper execution of contracts and legal documents.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and financial forecasts to senior management. Use data to make informed decisions and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of the Melbourne real estate market and legislative requirements.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in sales management role in Real Estate industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Mandarin speaking is essential
- Leadership qualities and prior experience in managing a team.
- Highly motivated and have the desire to achieve more.
- Current real estate agents’ representative certificate.
- Current driver’s license.
- Full working right in Australia
