SALES MANAGER

Energy Plus Australia is a professional residential and commercial solar retailer servicing QLD, NSW, WA and TAS. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to take our company to the next level.

As the team leader you must have the ability to recruit, train and manage the sales consultants to ensure they achieve company targets.

Responsibilities Include :

• Manage our existing sales team.
• Recruit additional consultants and develop the sales team to target all of QLD, NSW, WA and TAS.
• Follow up on sales appointments and results.
• Provide weekly reporting on conversion rates.
• Provide sales and product training to consultants on a regular basis.
• Ensure professional, ethical and compliant selling techniques..
• Provide advice and implement new marketing strategies.
• Provide feedback and support to call centre staff.
• Oversee call centre appointments and confirmations to ensure the best quality appointments for the sales team.

The successful applicant must have the following :

• At least 2 years experience in solar sales and management.
• A professional and committed approach to help grow the business.
• A positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
