- Winning, retaining and growing customers to contribute to the achievement of sales, service and profit targets in the gases and welding equipment market is significant to this role
- You are driven to identify, develop, and commercialize growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects
- In addition, you develop mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers
- Provide technical assistance, solutions and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Also, you will be working collaboratively across internal functions and plants
What makes you great- You are in possession of strong selling and business development skills including customer negotiation
- In addition, you have thorough knowledge of price and contract management
- Experience growing existing accounts, generation and conversion
- Bringing excellent time management skills affords you a results focused approach, you take initiative
- Your natural negotiation skills is aided by your excellence in verbal and written communication skills
- Although not essential, welding, fabrication, or similar trade experience will be highly regarded
- You have the ability to travel and hold a clean driver's license - essential
Industry experience, sales experience, business development experience. customer relationships, practical experience with welding/boilermaking preferred.
