About the role:
As the Sales and Business Development Manager for YOT Group, your role will involve maximising the sales revenue across all our unique and highly regarded luxury vessel venues, encompassing charter, catering and beverage sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Sales and event coordination professionals to maximize results.
- Manage valuable inbound sales leads with a “lead by example” approach and a focus on conversions.
- Champion the best practice use of the Hubspot CRM platform as the central sales reporting dashboard and sales accountability tool.
- Use the CRM data to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Drive and manage the team on effective BDM initiatives.
- Manage demand pricing strategies.
- Manage the use of digital outbound cold lead generation tools.
- Forge long-lasting relationships with industry partners in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
- Build a customer service focused culture.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales and Business Development roles, and track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional team management.
- Advanced experience with using a CRM, preferably Hubspot or similar
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the events industry is a plus but not a requirement. What matters most is your ability to lead a sales focused team.
