We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join their team in Adelaide, South Australia.
About the role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small call centre, managing a team of consultants, and driving sales of energy-saving products and services. But here's the exciting part - our client offers an environment where ideas and concepts are quickly approved through management, giving you the ability to influence and make changes rapidly.
Duties and responsibilities
You will report directly to the Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer, and play a crucial role in customer interfacing, marketing initiatives, and resolving customer inquiries. With our client, you'll have the power to shape and implement strategies to drive sales and make a real impact in the energy efficiency industry.
- Lead and manage a team of consultants, recruiting and training team members to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the registration process for existing and new projects, ensuring only eligible customers are registered and scheduled.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate sales, working closely with the marketing and installation teams.
- Constantly improve customer communications and recommend strategies to drive performance improvement.
- Actively contribute to problem-solving and business solutions, identifying areas for improvement across all areas of the business.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Confidence in managing and motivating a team, leading by example to drive sales activity
- Analytical with the ability to put strategy in place and implement across the team
- Flexibility and adaptability to constant change.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer service or call centre experience.
- An interest in all things renewable and electrification, with a passion for thinking about the environment
