About the role
As the Manager of Sales and Marketing at Trident Gold, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing all Sales and Marketing activities for the business. . The role will develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion while effectively managing a team of Sales and Marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management: Build, lead and motivate a team of Sales and Marketing professionals to achieve individual and team targets. Provide coaching, training, and guidance to ensure the team performs at its best.
- Client Relationship Management: Build a team that maintains strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Market Research and Analysis: Directing market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and customer needs. Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Marketing Strategy Implementation: Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Sales Strategy Development: Directing the development of comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives to drive revenue growth in the construction industry.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Managing the reporting of sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress against targets. Implement corrective actions and strategies as needed to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded.
- Budget Management: Directing the development of the Sales and Marketing budget, and manage the budget effectively ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as operations, finance, and design to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment of Sales and Marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification at the level of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce or higher, OR at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is an added advantage
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective Sales and Marketing strategies.
- Solid understanding of construction industry dynamics, market trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent time management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English are required, with a preference for bilingual candidates
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Ability to organise events and expos to promote brand awareness and generate new business leads.
- This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion while effectively managing a team of Sales and Marketing professionals.
