VRT IMPORTS PTY LTD is one of the largest tyre importers and wholesalers in Australia. The company is incredibly experienced in the industry and provides high quality and reliable tyres, with friendly services to ensure that the customers find the perfect tyres and receive the best value possible. The company provides passenger, commercial and truck tyres and imports both budget and premium brands to meet different customers’ different needs. The products comply with Australian and international standards, and are all covered under proper warranties and insurances. Now we are looking for a permanent full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to join us.
Annual Salary: $77,619 plus Superannuation Contributions
Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Manager:
•Plan, strategize, and develop comprehensive Sales and Marketing strategies to help the company to achieve sales targets, enhance customer loyalty and boost customer retention, and promote the company’s brand reputation
•Formulate and implement promotional plans and strategies to expand the reach of goods and services and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency
•Organise and manage Sales and Marketing activities and initiatives, and implement the strategies to achieve sales targets
•Supervise the implementation of the strategies and make necessary modification to optimise the outcomes; evaluate the department’s staffs’ performance and provide feedback accordingly
•Examine and analyse customers’ needs, identify the market trends and patterns, and make insightful recommendation to help the company to maximise sales
•Maintain long-term relationships with key consumers and suppliers, and identify and negotiate partnerships, collaborations, and etc. that align with the company’s marketing goals
•Facilitate collaboration among different departments to contribute to the company’s overall success
Required Skills and Experience:

At least Bachelor’s degree
Experience
At least three years relevant working experience
