The role includes the management of regional sales, , maximizing profits and developing new sales. Key Responsibilities:Technical Sales: Maintains and updates strategic business plans for regional and account growth, Routinely meets with the management group to develop sales strategies and goals to support local markets. Build and manage a sales team. Prospect for sales opportunities, submit proposals/tenders, meet with prospective clients and close deals. Travel to client/prospective client sites, often in different states and remote locations. Attend technical trade shows, write technical case studies and presentations.Technical Support: Collaborate with technical services team. Ensure safety standards are maintained during all field activities. As time permits, assist with the remote monitoring, troubleshooting and routine support of existing installationsWeir Group collaboration: Collaborates with ESCO's regional sales team to grow Motion Metrics share across the region.
