Form of work The Sales Manager role will see you leading a sales team responsible for delivering the agreed targets and business goals for Adbri Concrete and Quarries South Australia. In this diverse and challenging role, you will report directly to the General Manager and contribute to the strategic development of the SA business in a highly competitive market. Working within established guidelines and with support from a national marketing and business development team, you'll have a hands-on role in representing Adbri for customer engagement, ranging from daily customer supply up to large infrastructure projects. As the Sales Manager, you will be accountable for providing proactive leadership and direction to the sales teams through setting high performance standards, driving accountability and results, all while ensuring you help nurture a culture of collaboration and clear communication.
