Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to attract new clients and maximise sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for health and wellness, coupled with a proven track record of success in sales management.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximise profitability.
2. Identify and nurture relationships with potential guests, including corporate partners, travel agencies, and individual guests.
3. Lead the sales team by providing guidance, motivation, and training to ensure high performance and attainment of sales goals.
4. Cultivate a deep understanding of the retreat's offerings, services, and unique selling propositions.
5. Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to develop promotional campaigns and packages to drive sales.
6. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to identify growth opportunities and enhancements.
7. Manage the sales pipeline, including lead tracking, follow-up on inquiries, and closure of sales deals.
8. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
9. Represent Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
10. Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the hospitality, wellness, or travel industry.
3. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a sales team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport and negotiating effectively.
5. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive problem-solving approach.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Passion for health and wellness, demonstrating a genuine commitment to promoting holistic living.
