Sales & Marketing Administrator

· Manufacturer of health and beauty products· Immediate start - Smithfield· Temp to Perm or PermWonderful opportunity for an Administrator to support the sales and marketing team of this successful ASX listed company. You will have a passion for customer service as well as an interest in developing sales and marketing skills and expertise as you progress in the role.Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer sales and enquiries
• Process small number of daily high value orders
• Invoice processing and documentation
• Ensure accurate CRM and customer information
• Content development across social channels and website
• Organise & coordinate advertising, trade shows and customer seminars
• Perform other administrative duties as directed

Key Criteria:

• Some sales and marketing skills and experience highly desirable
• Some experience working in a pharma, health or beauty business highly regarded
• Excellent communication, administration and Microsoft office skills
• Interest in social media marketing
• Can work effectively in team environments and independently
