Located in Sydney's premier Eastern Suburbs & proven to be arguably the best in their field this progressive agency has recently seen some massive growth in their business & is now committed to appointing an outstanding Marketing & Sales Administrator to join their A Grade team.
Reporting to three Directors and working within a small team of fifteen people, your day will be diverse and exciting as you oversee the smooth operation of this agency and improve communication and flow of information throughout the two offices.
Duties include but are not restricted to;
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team for all listings including but not limited to:
    - Preparing Appraisal Packs, Marketing Quotes and Calendars
    - Booking and preparing marketing for upcoming listings
    - Preparing OFI packs, Just Listed/Auction/Sold Letters
    - Sending listings live online, adjusting price guides or details as needed
    - Maintaining records and files for each property listing
    • Provide administrative support to the Sales agents for any ad-hoc marketing needed, with support from the Brand Marketing Coordinator
    • Working with the Accounts and Compliance teams within the business to ensure all marketing funds are tracked, and all compliance is completed
    • Maintaining positive and productive relationships with the Sales team and fellow staff members
    • Leading by example across the team by always maintaining a professional manner, following the office policies and procedures, and always taking a proactive approach to the role
    • Working with the General Manager when implementing new processes, policies, software or ideas, and working in a collaborative manner
To be successful in the position you will need:
  • Ideally have at least over 2 plus years of real estate experience background
  • A Current certificate of registration
  • Show stability, be well presented and have glowing references
  • prefer someone mature with relevant experience managing a small team
  • Salary is flexible on the candidate and experience $80-$100K

This is a very busy environment that requires a strong people manager who can make decisions and builds rapport with people quickly and easily.
