We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our clients high performing team. In this role you will be in charge of overseeing the administration and marketing for an agency transacting 100+ properties per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Agency agreements & compliance.
- Organising signboards & brochures.
- Liaise with solicitors
- Social media management.
- Uploading listings
- Preparing the copy for advertising
- Handle all advertising campaigns
- Manage CRM.
Skills and experience
- Must have prior experience in a similar role or relevant skills
- Minimum 12 months experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional presentation.
- Key eye for process and detail.
- Great personality.
