Sales & Marketing Manager

Buccheri Group is a nationally trading, well-established family-owned and operated business within Melbourne’s vibrant coffee industry. Located in the inner suburbs with a reputation for providing high quality, trusted products and services for over 15 years. 

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing the business across Australia.

 Knowledge of the coffee industry and cross channel experience in FMCG will be critical to delivering success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to elevate MAP Coffee's market position.
• Lead and inspire the sales and marketing team leveraging your management experience to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer preferences.
• Manage budgets for sales and marketing activities, maximising ROI.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
• Oversee and guide an aligned strategic planning process.
• Drive the execution of innovative marketing campaigns while ensuring seamless integration with sales activities.
• Monitor and analyse sales and marketing performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Sales & Marketing leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing successful sales and marketing teams, working across a diverse range of channels within the coffee industry.
• Proven track record in building and managing high performance teams.
• Happy to roll up your sleeves in a family business environment.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to execute plans.
• Proficiency in developing and delivering sales and marketing reports.
• Proven experience in FMCG industry
