About the role

Due to an internal promotion ARC are looking for a National Business Development and Marketing Manager to be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane.

As a member of the ARC Leadership team you will report directly into the General Manager and work closely with the Regional Managers to identify new business growth and profitable initiatives through the development of business cases related to new strategic growth and product innovation.

Your role as a National Business Development & Marketing Manager:

  • Identifying and supporting strategic growth
  • Customer, market and industry insights and recommendations
  • ARC Brand governance and communications internally and externally
  • Oversee National/Corporate customers and product management
  • Internal business improvement and data analytics

Requirements and Skills:

  • A Tertiary or Post-Grad qualification in Business, Marketing or a similar discipline
  • Minimum ten years in a management role leading people and project teams
  • Sales and Marketing experience preferably within a B2B industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of developing, implementing and overseeing strategic plans
  • Competent in identifying trends, long term opportunities and aligning requirements with business outcomes
  • Proven experience in influencing, problem solving, planning and prioritising, thinking laterally to identify opportunities to improve business opportunities
