G&M Cosmetics are looking for a candidate to join and support our Sales and Marketing Team located at Taren Point. With over 65 products within our portfolio, we are always continuing to grow and expand.

As a person, we expect you to:

• Have excellent communication skills, being able to present and appear professional and convincing.
• Intermediate skills in InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
• Intermediate to advance skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Be good at building and maintaining relationships by being proactive and reliable both internally and externally. 
• Be empathetic, personable, and a good listener. 
• Customer satisfaction is key.
• Result-orientated by focusing efforts on achieving measurable results and improvements.
• Show initiative by identifying and dealing with issues in a timely and efficient way and seizing opportunities that arise.
• Be structured and good at multi-tasking. 
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, having a flexible and positive approach towards your job and a personable approach with your colleagues.

The role will include:

• Create and support Digital Marketing - Social Media
• Create and design advertising campaigns and marketing POS 
• Provide administrative and project support to existing Sales & Marketing team and senior management.
• Following up leads of potential customers in a timely manner – existing and new business
• High level customer service support 
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate information in company systems.
• General ad hoc office management.
• Creating marketing launch offers
• Managing Monthly Promotional Calendar and support customer planning with wider Sales and Marketing Team
• Ad hoc external retail customer merchandise on-site visits 

Working Requirements:

• Must have current Australian working rights
• Must have current Divers License
• Office based role – Taren Point
• Monday –Thursday: 8:30am – 4:45pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 2:30pm
