We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our office in assisting the team with administrative tasks.
Current Real Estate Certificate (preferred) and at least 1-2 years of Real Estate experience is a must.
Your day to day tasks will include but not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Providing varied sales administration support including marketing campaign administration, document preparations and reports, issuing and processing form 6's & contract documentation
- Supporting sales agents with data maintenance and management of the sales process from appraisal to post-settlement
- Liaising with solicitors and ensuring all legal documents are complete and up-to-date as required
- Keeping the agents REA & Domain profiles up to date
- Assisting with collecting testimonials for the agents and property management team
- Designing property marketing brochures, Just listed / Just sold Dl's through Canva & InDesign
- Managing the offices Facebook and Instagram social platforms
- Ordering stationery and managing office supplies
- Assisting the Property Management team when required
- General office IT assistance
- Settlement Disbursements
- General Office Administration
