We have over more than 30 brokers across the country supported by a team of 15 people in head office. 

The person we seek

The successful candidate will manage the numerous listings we receive weekly. The candidate will work side-by-side with the another administration person in a team of two.

A key aspect of this role is to provide a high level of proactive support to our national network of brokers and ensure our listings continue to provide us with a competitive edge.

Candidates must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, have excellent attention to detail as well as a high level of English literacy skills with the ability to proof efficiently. 

There is an element of creativity to this role. Although our InDesign memoranda are templated, the suitable candidate must have a good eye for selecting suitable colours, icons and stock imagery.

The role is fast paced, so the ability to multi-task is vital. We manage our workload through Monday.com, a work management program.

Previous real estate experience is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3, ideally 5 years experience. 

The role consists of:

  • Creating high-quality Information Memorandums in InDesign 
  • Creating high-quality listing proposals in InDesign
  • Completing agency agreements which require a high level of accuracy 
  • Proofreading and editing/re-wording where necessary
  • Selecting the best images from those supplied, ensuring they are high res and editing in Photoshop where necessary
  • Ensuring there is an efficient turnaround time to get listings live (24–48 hours during busy periods) and web listings (same day)
  • Ensure property details and owner details are input into our database
  • Making listings live on our website
  • After the listing is live, checking to ensure listing has fed across successfully to external websites
  • Ensuring any changes to listings such as status changes, pricing etc. are updated where required
  • Creating and setting up property folders on the server correctly as per naming convention
  • Organising and sourcing photography and videography, ensuring it is booked and briefed by liaising between the broker and photographer
  • Assisting our brokers, who largely work remotely, whenever you can to make their life easier / help develop their personal brand.
