About the role
- Monday - Friday, no weekend or after hours.
- Parking provided
- Full product training provided
- Immediate start
- Sales & Admin knowledge essential
Requirements for role
- Live local in Eastern Suburbs, Sydney
- High volume of calls and booking clients into system
- Experience in a busy office or high-volume office environment where customer service is the top priority
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience required or preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Self-motivated with a keenness to learn, quickly.
- Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook with an ability to learn new systems quickly)
- To be considered for this role you must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
