We are seeking a highly motivated person for a full-time customer service position in our new Epping branch operating 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday, no weekends.
The RoleThis is office-based in our brand-new Epping Showroom, responding to trade & retail enquiries for quotes and orders, via phone, email and walk ins. Your day at Oxworks will see you,
- Build relationships with regular trade customers
- Exceeding customer expectations in quality, delivery, and value through teamwork & superior service
- Work with the sales and warehouse staff to achieve delivery for all customer orders
- Reinforce the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all customer interactionsThe ApplicantThe Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Customer service experience in a large trade, retail or hardware environment would be an advantage
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams
- High level of attention to detail
