Job purpose
As a Sales Operations Executive at RX (Reed Exhibitions), you will manage and maintain existing sales tools, provide support to the sales team by providing necessary data, reporting and undertake projects to enable the sales operation to perform at its peak.
You will play a key role in generating reports on sales effectiveness, streamlining Sales Operations, and optimising sales processes, this also includes data analytics to pinpoint areas of opportunity and potential risks within the sales pipeline. The role is also responsible for providing and maintaining reports on essential metrics to our sales team and management at every level using tools such as PowerBI and Salesforce.
This is a centralised role working closely with the Sales Leadership Team and various teams across the business. This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney with the option of combined home/office-based arrangements for a flexible work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Critical to the sales team's success is managing automated tools and platforms.
Be the subject matter expert of Salesforce CRM and support sales and data projects involving Salesforce across the business.
Supporting the Sales Leadership Team in implementing global initiatives and best practices
Evaluating and implementing global sales technology to improve sales effectiveness.
Providing sales information and analysis to support sales and show management.
Track and report on operational metrics that impact sales and customer experience
Working with Marketing, IT, and Finance teams to enable the performance of salespeople.
Database management, tracking and reporting on operational metrics, and managing KPI dashboards.
Supporting new campaigns and contributing to a culture of success and ongoing business achievement.
Requirements
Possess a solid foundation of experience in sales or business operations.
Be an effective communicator with advanced skills in MS Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI and Power Automate
Possess the ability to create visually appealing and informative Power BI dashboards.
Understand the sales cycle and processes with attention to detail
Possess problem-solving skills and the ability to execute
