Innovative dental appliance technology company, Myofunctional Research Co. (MRC), are currently looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Operations Manager to join our team and be instrumental in driving sales performance and profit objectives. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing sales processes, overseeing the sales team as well as planning and strategising sales goals.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams and other representatives;
- Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts;
- Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals and implementing sales processes;
- Recruiting, hiring and training sales and support representatives;
- Overseeing and managing the sales team to support the overall objectives of the company;
- Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends;
- Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency;
- Implementing and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships;
- Communicating with regional stakeholders and overseeing contractual agreements.
Key Requirements
- Diploma/degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Significant prior experience in a similar role;
- Strong capabilities using Microsoft Office;
- Proven high level experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce, D365, and Power BI reporting;
- Analytical approach as well as strong commercial acumen;
- Proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Comfortable working in matrix environments with a wide range of stakeholders.
