Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity now exists for a highly motivated Sales Professional to become an integral member our client’s sales team.
With no cold calling, you will be following up on direct leads from various platforms, negotiating to finalise sales. The ideal candidate is someone who can quickly build rapport, ask the right questions and provide outstanding customer service.
This is a fast-paced environment, so you'll be expected to thrive under pressure and be able to multitask. A great attitude, professional resilience and the experience to handle a dynamic environment will be the defining factors for this role.

Our Client is an Australian owned business that provides premier coastal vehicle shipping services for both drivable and towable vehicles and equipment throughout Australia and New Zealand. As part of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Following up direct leads
- Negotiate sales
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Recording customer data
- Provide continually high standards of customer service
You will receive:
- $80k – 90k + Super (Experience Dependent)
- Bonus
- 5-day week

You will have/be:
- Previous sales experience
- Experience in RORO or a fast-paced logistics environment
- The ability to multitask and work autonomously when needed
- Strong relationship skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and customer focused with the ability to identify opportunities
- High degree of initiative and problem-solving skills
