Your New Role
As a Sales & Project Coordinator, you will be entrusted with ensuring the seamless execution of projects for multiple clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the General Manager and production team to deliver projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Overseeing production timelines and ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Maintaining clear communication channels between different departments.
- Utilising organisational skills to prioritise and manage competing tasks.
- Upholding high standards of precision in project documentation and delivery.
- Providing excellent customer service through effective communication via phone and email.
What you'll need to succeed
While experience in project/production coordination in a manufacturing environment is preferred, we value a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Key requirements include:
- Familiarity with construction drawings interpretation.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate manufacturing projects successfully.
