Your New Role 

As a Sales & Project Coordinator, you will be entrusted with ensuring the seamless execution of projects for multiple clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the General Manager and production team to deliver projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Overseeing production timelines and ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Maintaining clear communication channels between different departments.
• Utilising organisational skills to prioritise and manage competing tasks.
• Upholding high standards of precision in project documentation and delivery.
• Providing excellent customer service through effective communication via phone and email.

What you'll need to succeed
 

While experience in project/production coordination in a manufacturing environment is preferred, we value a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Key requirements include:

• Familiarity with construction drawings interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate manufacturing projects successfully.
• Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Proficiency in communication with management at all levels within an organisation.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Adherence to organisational policies and procedures.
