The Role
Sales Representative is responsible for the successful management and implementation of company strategies, inclusive of cycle objectives in nominated accounts across a defined territory through the utilisation of their business acumen, strategic planning capability, passion, and energy for success.
We are seeking a experienced Sales Rep to help drive sales within the clubs, hotels and restaurants network and theme park and cruise ship catering / ship stores sector.
Working with a highly regarded industry manager, you will utilise your networks to build relationships and promote this range of innovative, specialist and branded products. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with excellent network connections who can take ownership of this role. You will be able to leverage the skills and support of the existing sales team but will be key in driving the continued sales growth of this exciting business.
To be considered for this role:
- Demonstrated Sales Rep experience within the food distribution industry in South East Queensland
- Existing network or clear understanding of the pubs, clubs and hotels channels and / or Theme Park or Cruise Ship Catering industry channels
- Minimum 2 years sales experience, ideally gained within the FMCG industry (Asian grocery food market experience is highly appreciated)
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets with a strong 'sales hunter' approach
- Ability to manage and grow existing accounts
- Motivated, self starter with the ability to work independently
- Ability to travel throughout SE QLD (Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast)
- Excellent communication skills
On offer
Highly competitive salary depending on experience of $85k to $100k+ super + car and bonus on offer to the right candidate.
