Role Overview:

As an Admin and Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions while delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing courteous and efficient Customer Service support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Managing administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing, transport and logistics bookings, document preparation, and filing.
  • Collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service and administrative roles, preferably in a large company or B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Inventory management systems and E commerce platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
