Role Overview:
As an Admin and Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions while delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing courteous and efficient Customer Service support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
