Reporting to the National Field Manager - United Petroleum, your day-to-day responsibilities will ultimately include delivering coaching, training and assessment of stores to uplift the United Petroleum brand standard across the network.
- Manage retail standards across all sites in relation to merchandising standards, marketing and customer service
- Complete quality & standard auditing and product compliance checks
- Monitor site compliance with various regulations regarding safe working practices, Food Safety and Occupational Health & Safety
- Perform and control the full audit cycle
- Provide active input into new sales and marketing opportunities
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience working with retail standards and auditing
- Demonstrated experience in FMCG will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in Loss Prevention would be an advantage
- Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding KPI's
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to develop and foster relationships
- An ability to travel interstate or regional, including overnight stays
- A valid Australian drivers licence and vehicle
