Compliance Specialist - Food & Fuel

About the Role:

Reporting to the National Field Manager - United Petroleum, your day-to-day responsibilities will ultimately include delivering coaching, training and assessment of stores to uplift the United Petroleum brand standard across the network. 

• Manage retail standards across all sites in relation to merchandising standards, marketing and customer service
• Complete quality & standard auditing and product compliance checks
• Monitor site compliance with various regulations regarding safe working practices, Food Safety and Occupational Health & Safety
• Perform and control the full audit cycle
• Provide active input into new sales and marketing opportunities
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You:

• Previous experience working with retail standards and auditing
• Demonstrated experience in FMCG will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience in Loss Prevention would be an advantage
• Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding KPI's
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to develop and foster relationships
• An ability to travel interstate or regional, including overnight stays
• A valid Australian drivers licence and vehicle
