About us
We are a small Jewellery business based in Currumbin that design, manufacture, wholesale and sell earrings. We collaborate with artists and create a unique product proposition – ART for your ears! We are looking to expand our team by taking on a Full Time Sales Rep Manager to expand distribution in Queensland & NSW in boutique stores and government stores such as museums, galleries and botanical shops. Role will be based out of our HQ and then hit the road as needed.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience in a sales role absolute necessary.
- Established relationships within the jewellery/fashion/gifting industry preferred.
- A current driver’s licence.
- Excellent Customer Service and inter-personal skills to create first class customer relationships.
- Positive attitude and can-do attitude! We are small and evolving, this role will develop with the person.
- Ability to Plan - show that you can plan & prioritise for success.
- Solution focussed - take solution focused approaches to problems.
- Resilient- in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Experience with using CRM software (Active Campaign ideal)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Proactively pursuing new business leads and opportunities in Queensland state and NSW
- Required to build out strategic sales road map for FY in conjunction with owner/general manager
- Client relationship management- we want someone to be on the road and be the face of Moe Moe to our current and new clients.
- Demonstrate disciplined record keeping and attention to detail on reporting and invoicing.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by staying up to date with the industry
- Managing 2 agents interstate (VIC/SA)
