Tasks & responsibilities
- As a Sales and Customer Service Representative at Box Tec Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
- Answering Incoming Communications: Respond promptly to incoming telephone calls and emails, prioritizing customer inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
- Cold Calling and Prospecting: Proactively reach out to prospective and existing customers to identify sales opportunities and promote our products and services.
- Appointment Setting and Presentations: Schedule appointments with potential clients and conduct face-to-face presentations to showcase our offerings and secure new business.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards increasing sales within our customer database, meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Collaboration with the Team: Partner closely with staff to generate new business leads and support sales initiatives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong rapport and relationships with both existing and new customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
- Internal Liaison: Communicate effectively with sales, support staff, and purchasing departments on a daily basis to coordinate activities and ensure seamless operations.
- Deliveries: Occasionally assist with delivery to our customers to provide hands-on support and reinforce our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage day-to-day administrative duties as assigned, including preparing and reviewing quotes, proposals, and other documentation.
